Review on 🚲 Origin8 Rush Messenger Front Flat Rack - Sleek Black Design, Fits 26-29" Bikes by Andrew Aldana

Maybe I just don't know bikes that well but I really wish this rack had more photos and a better description before I bought it. When I read "front axle" I assumed it could be attached to the same spot that my tires are attached. I was so wrong when my friend and I tried to put it on we realized the front axle wasn't long enough to fit through the trunk and tires so we figured we just needed a longer front axle. We visited three different bike shops and all told us that I didn't have the right type of bike for this rack and that it wasn't safe to fit a longer front axle on my front wheel. One of the shops sold me a longer front axle but they strongly advised me to just buy another carrier. All of this could probably have been avoided if the rack had even come with instructions. As long as the stand holds up well. I have a carrier and didn't feel my dog was in any danger. The rack feels solid and well made despite the sketchy layout of where it sits on my bike. I think if I buy a new bike in the future I should make sure it has the correct holes for this rack. I'm giving it 4 stars because it seems well made, but I wasn't happy with the lack of instructions and the packaging it came in sucked.
