We just moved in and bought this so my sons can have internet while we wire up their new rooms. They've only mentioned once since we moved that they have a line because they keep a good connection. They both stream/play at the same time (they each have one of them). We did NOT contact tech support but I accidentally clicked the stars and it won't let me go without selecting something so I left it at 5 stars. They used the line that came with the kit instead of connecting directly as mentioned in other reviews.
