In general, the landing on the front and rear fenders is good. I had to use a bit of force to reinstall the original fender flare bolts as they didn't quite line up with the holes in the fender guard. When installed, the rear guard doesn't feel as strong as the front guard. My only issue was the front peeling film to protect the car's paint from possible rubbing against the guard. The film was not cut. I could see the pressure from the cutter, but he didn't cut the film. The back sheet has been cut clear and installed easily. I'm leaving for an 80 mile hike on dirt roads through the Arizona desert in 3 days so I'd like some front protection for the trip. This means I have to take them off again after buying a new slide. This is a bit of a hassle as I had to unscrew half of the bell screws to get the spring clip in place for the extra screw they give you.
