Review on 🍪 Set of 2 Chicago Metallic Commercial II Traditional Uncoated Jelly-Roll Pans, 16-3/4 by 12-Inch by Scott Larson

Ok this is my second order of these cutters. I currently have 3 and plan to have 1 more. They are durable, easy to clean and perfect for pressed cookies that need an uncoated surface to stick to. I followed the care instructions and always hand washed these sheets. Also, they take up very little space compared to other trays. 3 or 4 trays are stacked on top of each other and take up little more space than one tray. As an avid baker, I LOVE LOVE LOVE these pans. I find the trick to keeping these trays beautiful is to hand wash them. I had them not long ago but I have made many Christmas cookies and they bake beautifully on these baking sheets. I will update this review once I have it longer. I've been looking at these trays for a long time, so I don't mind hand washing them. Ideal!
