Works as well or better than my 35 " Larsen antenna.

I installed this on the roof of my SUV with a Larsen NMO2/70B. This antenna is with my Yaesu FT3D for APRS connected and my Larsen is connected to my Icom 2730. The Larsen is said to be an excellent antenna but my Yaesu is picking up something that Icom can't, I'm not entirely sure if this is more to do with the antenna or the sensitivity of the receivers on the radio has to do, but I think it certainly speaks to the performance of this antenna compared to the larger and 'decent' proprietary antenna.You can install this antenna anywhere and thanks to its length and thin profile, no one ever will assume,that this is not a factory antenna.
