These spherical ones never work.
These bullets never work. I've tried a few variations on this idea. Each of them was very difficult to open without spilling water on them or leaving them for ten minutes. Also, they are difficult to fill from the tap and digging a funnel is too difficult. Good idea but too complicated just to get ice cream. I used very large cocktail ice cubes in a silicon tub that you just push out with your thumbs so I can convey the cool factor of the scoop.
