I heard about these little ice making jewels for face icing from Sonia Valencia (skincare blogger, vlogger and IMHO expert)! They make perfect little round balls of ice cream, sized to fit perfectly in the palm of your hand, although I remove the top and leave the bottom so you can easily hold them in your hand to ice your face before moisturizing. These bullets never work. I've tried a few variations on this idea. Each of them was very difficult to open without spilling water on them or leaving them for ten minutes.
