I like the look and ease of use of this scale, but it's not what I would choose for accuracy. I try to measure by weight rather than volume when cooking. This scale likes to gradually jump as ingredients are added. For example, it will weigh 95 grams. Add some more, some more and boom. 110 grams. Nothing in between. It also changes when the container is in different parts of the scale. If you use a different bowl than the one that came with the kit, I've noticed changes of up to 10 grams depending on where the bowl is located. Unacceptable when trying to cook recipes by weight. Looks good but I wouldn't recommend it and will probably find something else.
