When I saw that there were no photos of the red variant, I realized that I had to post some pictures. I loved this case so much I had to turn to a DSLR to give it credit. The red color looks great with the red version (of the product). It feels like I'm running the phone without a case. The quality of the material feels excellent. The workmanship seems to be excellent and durable. It's almost a matte finish that leaves fingerprints. It seems to cope well with scratches. If this turns out not to be the case, I will update the review. So far, in terms of build quality, I'm very happy with what I got for $20. Heck, I'd probably pay $40 for a case that feels this smooth and solid. Honestly, this is the nicest case I've ever had on a device. If you have an old iPhone 6s magnetic wallet lying around, this is perfect for it. As for the magnets, I don't have any MagSafe branded items to test with, so I can only extrapolate based on other items/accessories I have access to. . I feel like the magnet has some suction through the case when I put it in my magnetic wallet. It also charges wirelessly through the case. Personally, I'm not a fan of wireless charging as it can drastically reduce battery life over time (since the Mini has a smaller battery anyway, I wouldn't recommend it if you plan on using the phone for more than 3 years). , so I decided to put a stronger magnet under the case to ensure a stronger connection to the magnetic car mount. The 45mm x 70mm rectangular magnet was too large, causing the phone to pop out easily over time. Switching to a round magnet with a diameter of around 40 mm and placing it above the wireless charger under the housing is ideal without any problems. The phone now securely attaches to my magnetic wallet and car mount.
