It's fairly common knowledge that swapping out the spool seals for anything other than OEM is unlikely to work. When I first tried them I thought the car would fall apart as the VTEC kicked in. I removed the valve and re-tightened the bolts and everything seems fine now. If you don't get these gaskets your only option is to buy the ENTIRE control valve assembly from Honda to get new gaskets. They are not sold separately. Don't be fooled if you see them for sale online in a Honda bag as they are pirated, probably even inferior to these.
