Review on Phanteks PH-EC416PTG_BW Eclipse P400 Steel ATX Mid Tower Case Black/White by Payton Stovall

The best I've ever used.

I'm sure there are better ones but for the money this case is RELIABLE. It doesn't bend at all. The metal is thick. It has dust filters where it matters most. I've only had to dust it once since I assembled it a year ago (also depends on your environment) and there wasn't much dust inside. Filters really work. I'd say I have a snag that depending on your copy (I've built two computers in this case model) the glass may not sit perfectly flush, and when you remove the thumbscrews holding the glass, sometimes the resulting lugs stick either on the screw or to the body. Nothing affecting performance. ALSO the USB 3.0 ports on the front are very snug. The included magnetic LED strip is very welcome as you can change its color to match your color scheme by pressing a hidden button on the front of the case. The case stays relatively cool and can accommodate most forms of cooling. I am currently using a stock Wraith Spire LED cooler, but you can fit a Hyper 212 sized cooler in it. Plenty of room for the GPU too. I don't super use 2070 and have no space issues. Cable management is EXCELLENT. If you love cable management or are learning about cable management, this case is for you. It even has built-in velcro straps on the back so you can route most cables through the center back of the case with 2 SSD bays on the back of the MOBO mounting plate. All in all, this is a great case. This case should be the standard for case design in this price range. If you're having trouble picking a case, give this case serious consideration as it's pretty safe to use for most builds.
