Seems easy - Mountaineering

Well the first thing you need to know about this product is that it is only the length of a nylon strap with two sliding buckles. That's all. That's all. Well, if that's what you want, and you're willing to pay $11 for a piece of nylon belt, you'll have better performance. I expected more. I was expecting at least a set of instructions showing different ways to use the product, but found I had to go to the manufacturer's website to get some ideas. Also, if you plan to use it as a chest strap (not wearing, of course) to hold a clip or similar device in place, be aware that there's not much of a strap here. You will have a hard time putting this on your body (as shown on the website) if you are over 190lbs. If you are more than that, forget it. There are much better harnesses on the market. You can do it yourself in about 10 minutes (and $3) with a trip to Michael's or JoAnn Fabrics. If you're lazy and need another piece of nylon strap, spend $11 and buy one. I wish you success.
