I don't understand why so many people give them such high marks. In my opinion, the grip covers hide most of what you see very well, but the mirror covers don't do very well. I even removed the 3M tape that came standard with the lids and applied thinner/smaller 3M double sided tape hoping it would be tighter/flush but that didn't help at all. Also, this purchase is pretty expensive for what you get (black plastic pieces that don't cover the mirror caps 100%), and at least the manufacturer can make them big enough to cover the entire side mirror, so nothing. issued after correct application. It might be harder to spot from a distance, but within 10-20 feet of the car you can clearly see they aren't an exact fit. Very dissatisfied with my purchase, my jeep looks cheap but you get what you pay for. I will remove the side mirrors and stick the vinyl sheet. However, the grip covers work well. If you're not buying these to cover a tear/dent, save your money and buy a roll of $20 vinyl for a better, smoother, higher quality finish.
