I ordered these shoes as recommended ie 1/2 size smaller than I usually order from ASICS shoes (10 instead of 10.5). In fact, this shoe fits my narrow foot so well that I ordered another pair in a different color. I have long, narrow feet with a high arch. These shoes support my arch perfectly. I usually find ASICS to be a bit wider for my foot and I end up wearing a second pair of socks. This particular shoe fitted perfectly right away. An extra pair of socks is not required. And the shoes themselves are quite comfortable. I would suggest if someone has anything other than a narrow foot they might want to order a wider shoe.
