Review on πŸ” High-Performance 29091 Premium Manual Locking Hub with Zinc Aluminum Alloy Dial and Chrome Finish, Dual Seals, 28 Splines - 1 Pair by Michael Sharp

Revainrating 3 out of 5

A few thoughts: The outer packaging says "Made in Canada ".

A few thoughts: The outer box says 'Made in Canada' as far as I remember, the inner box says 'Assembled in USA' where the item is actually located. one can only guess. Revain's work on the packaging was abysmal: the outer box was partially open, but inside everything was moving. Judging by the looks and tactile sensations, the quality seems to be normal (but not excellent). The hubs have worked as they should with no problems so far. . My fuel economy has increased by 1mpg. The supplied manual is useless. The font is too small to read and the layout is messy. Can't Warn afford a graphic designer? The instructions refer to the lock washers, which were not included, but the lock nuts were. Can't comment on the metallurgical quality of the included studs like others here - they worked fine for me. If you break them off, you're probably doing something wrong (although you can forgive the r for not paying attention to the torque specs in the instructions above). Incidentally, I read on the message board that installing locking hubs on a Pathfinder on an electronically controlled transfer case can cause oil starvation. I have no idea if that's true, I'm just passing it along. TLDR: I'm happy with them but not sure if they're worth the extra cost compared to other brands.
