If it weren't for the overwhelming smell of burnt plastic it would be great. I have to admit that I would love to read more reviews on this, I would see that many people have this complaint. At first, when I switched it on, I thought that I must have forgotten some plastic packaging and that's why it smelled so bad. It wasn't like that. I thought it might catch fire, the smell was so strong. I went ahead and cooked the asparagus with salmon and the squash with acorns. The food was crunchy and moist so I enjoyed the preparation. If the smell of plastic doesn't bother you, you might be fine. I'm returning this as is the next day and my apartment is real plastic, I've cleaned, mopped the floors, sprayed essential oils and can still smell it. . Very strong odor of burning chemicals. I can't imagine eating from it would do me any good. I ordered a Cuisinart air fryer that is not plastic.
