10 out of 12 bulbs work fine, 1 has a broken switch that selects light temperature and 1 keeps flickering. You have a quality control issue. Customer service seems non-existent, no one answers online chat or answers the phone. They also disabled the typical Amazon ability to contact the seller. I plan on returning all the lights, it's just too much work to remove 10 from the high ceiling. Update: After the review was published, the seller got in touch and all defective light bulbs were replaced immediately. And the headlights work great now.
