I installed this on a 2000 TJ 4.0L with 5 speed manual that already had a 4" hitch. I'm preparing to switch from 33" to 35" tires in the near future. All the parts I needed were included (note I also installed a JKS 1" motor mount at the same time so I didn't have to fiddle with adjusting the linkage mechanism or trimming the fan shroud as long as the motor maintained reasonable camber). The installation of a body lift is very quick, say 60-90 minutes, without hassle. However, if you lift the motor mount immediately after lifting the body, be careful. In itself it took 3 hours as it has hard bolts in tight spots! The only problem, well documented online, is that with a body lift (even worse without a motor lift) it's difficult to shift the manual transmission into 2nd, 4th and R gears. The derailleur does not have enough free play to move back far enough to fully engage the gears. Fixes include moving the console back about 1/4 inch, cutting off the inner derailleur boot, and/or removing the inner boot completely. I haven't done these steps yet as the switch works, albeit stubbornly.
