I got this monitor in November 2021 while building my first gaming PC. The monitor itself was great and easy to set up. When I set it up the resolution was set to native 3840 x 2160 instead of 2560 x 1080 and I assumed this was because I was using the display port. The sticker on my monitor says "Display Port 100Hz" and the box itself says something like "up to 100Hz" so I assumed that's why it reached 3840 x 2160. But a month ago the max resolution had dropped to 2560 x 1080 out of nowhere and I don't know why. I've tried changing the display settings, but I can't switch back to 3840x2160. My video card driver is up to date, as is everything else. Overall, this monitor is of good quality, but resolution options are subject to change. from nowhere. If anyone has an explanation as to why this changed for me, please let me know.
