My 2006 Sonata. The holes for attaching wires are round, not oblong, but I knew that before ordering. I used the edge of the drill to oblong the holes. I had to use a dremel tool. Also, I had to line up the slotted holes the same as the holes on the original ESC because the wiring didn't end up long enough. I had to change the initial sharpening of the holes slightly to make the wiring a bit longer. Creating slotted holes took only a few minutes. never mind The hole that allows access to the plastic window holder and retaining screw is smaller than the hole on the stock regulator, so I couldn't use the stock rubber plug from the original regulator. Instead I used some tape. worked fine. In general, I am satisfied with the Dorman 749-322 regulator. I also saved €50.
