My teeth are sensitive so I have been using Sensodyne for a number of years. However, Sensodyne contains either stannous fluoride, which as the name suggests stains teeth, or nitrates, chemicals we should avoid in our food. Concerned about regular use of nitrates I decided to try this toothpaste and after a month of use my teeth are no longer sensitive at all. I don't know what the ingredients are because most of the words on the packaging are in Korean, but it says "all natural". I also like the taste - it has hints of honey but not too sweet, with an almost imperceptible mint flavor.
