I like that they are customer focused - it's not just about us doing what we want but their needs as well! They have been very responsive in helping me understand my options for payment models/models of service delivery / etc., so far really great experience working w them!! Nothing specific at this time; however would be nice if there was more transparency around costs (for example billing rates) -- especially when you're looking outside your organization or provider network--which is something many providers don't do unless required by law due to HIPAA concerns?
