UPDATE! A dark spot unrelated to lens contamination appeared on the projection. I had trouble registering a product for maintenance but I was able to contact them. They replied within ten hours of my email! RHAT WAS FAST and they replaced the projector immediately! Excellent customer service! I am very happy with their service and the new projector looks perfect! First review: I ordered during the pandemic so shipping was a bit unpredictable but when it arrived I looked excited at the instructions which were less detailed than they should be and apparently weren't. product specific. However, after playing with it for a few days, I found a good spot to mount it on the ceiling. I made the case with vents because it makes it clear that natural airflow is important. The light puts out more heat than I expected, but it's bright when it boots up, takes only a few seconds to activate, and works flawlessly. It was a good buy for the price. I'm happy with my purchase and will probably get another one for another room in my house.
