Trust me Felpro gasket is the best you can find
The best E46 valve cover gasket, you can get everything else doesn't last long. I live in a cold climate and the OEM/Victor seals are not holding. I remind you, do not forget to buy bushings. The old ones were just as bad as the seal. Youtube is full of videos how to do it. Make sure the engine is warm, this will speed up cover removal. I also forgot you also need RTV high temp silicone sealant.
