Pros: Great firm consistency, obvious memory foam impressions, durable feel, relatively soft appearance. I've only been using it for a week, so I can't comment on durability. My dog was immediately taken with it and he is very hostile to most beds. Cons: Shipping took about 30 days from order date. It was listed as out of print so I had to wait and that's not the reason for the star downgrade. I had seen this particular pet bed at Bed Bath and Beyond before looking for it at Revain, so I knew what it was. Should look like. The pet bed I received was the same fabric and consistency, but it didn't have the Tommie Copper logo on it. Nowhere was it mentioned that it was odorless or any other bonus qualities Tommie Copper stocked that were advertised on the labels. The tags say PoochPen but there is no logo on the corner. I'm not a fan of big brands but it's important that I get what I pay for and not a replacement without asking first.
