Bought for me and my adult daughter. We both eat low-carb diets. This is perfection in a can. First, the texture and taste are absolutely delicious. (mix with half H2O and half almond milk). It contains everything you need as a meal replacement. (We have it for breakfast and lunch). It contains no artificial sweeteners (we're both sensitive to them).
