I saw this product at a local bike shop and was impressed, but the price was over $30. When I saw a much lower price on Revain I bought it. What impressed me the most was how securely the mount holds the phone. After installing and using it, I found that it takes a lot of effort to slide the top of the mount up to get the phone in place. Even more annoying was the way the mount rotated on the handlebars without being held. I recently reinstalled the mount by adjusting the adapter, which helped a bit. But with the effort of putting the phone back in place, the top bracket began to loosen from its socket. The top must have somehow fallen off on the bike on the road last night. Not a huge loss, I was ready to replace the mount after maybe 10-15 uses. I would give this mount one star, but I'm open to the possibility that I abused it.
