In general I would say that the idea is good and this is a good firm and comfortable holder. The biggest problem I had was the rear locking lever, the steering wheel was interfering with it when the phone was inside and it was time to put the lever in the locked position so I had to wiggle and work on it to get the Locking lever worked.
