The first thing that I like is its interface which helps me to learn new things very quickly even if i am not expert in marketing automation tool. It also provides excellent customer service as well. There are lot of features available but it's difficult to find them out. So, just try it once and you will be able to understand everything about this software. If your looking for something super simple then go for other tools instead. As mentioned above there are lots of options so do some research before going ahead. We used marketo to send personalized emails to our customers who had abandoned their shopping cart for lack of interest. And we were able to convert those people into paying users by sending promotional offers and newsletters. I like that it is simple to use as well has great integration options from other systems suchs are Drip campaigns or Facebook Ads Manager etc., It also helps me track my marketing efforts in one place so i can easily see what's working best vs not at all! Nothing really but they have good customer service if you need support after hours/on weekends - which isn't always easy when its midnight here :).
