Faced a lot of problems in market. And this was the last purchase from them. About TV, terrible colors, stripes across the screen and blurry titles. We decided to return it as it hadn't been two weeks. I did everything that was on return, wet the document, called the operator, he sent me to the address where they would receive the TV. We arrived, but they don’t accept it here, since this is a large-sized product, I was told to call a courier to my house through a hotline. I called, the operator sent my application. And then it’s generally a shock, I call today, and they answer me that the return was refused, since it was used, and two weeks had not passed. Complete violation of consumer rights! And again, the operator directs me to take it to the service center for troubleshooting. I have never experienced such terrible customer service! And explanations: if you turned it on, then it was already in use!
