Nothing unusual, a normal product.

mixed impressions: it seems that the performance is good, but in general the product is still damp. I needed a beech with windows, in terms of build quality it is just starting to approach poppies, i. E. there is a certain claim to premium, while there is not enough attention to detail Different pros: a very bright 4K screen with HDR, excellent displays on macbooks, but I have never seen such a level of detail and brightness (watching movies in Bluray quality is cool). a good keyboard, it is perfectly blown from a can, the keys do not stick. Good set of ports (2 USB-C Thunderbolt and one microSD card). The combination of CPU, 3733 MHz DDRX4 memory and Intel Iris HD graphics is generally quite productive, the system boots quickly, is very responsive, but will quickly eat up the battery. As for the rattling of the fan, it occasionally worries under heavy load, otherwise it is quiet and does not heat up. coil whine (throttle whistle) does not bother (did not hear). The touchpad is responsive and accurate, the display sensor is more or less accurate (the display is protected by Gorilla Glass, which is also good, because replacing the display is not cheap). Warranty - 2 years (the term itself is not bad). there is a strip - a charge indicator (for a turned off beech, you can evaluate how charged it is) - convenient (apple, on the path of minimalism, removed such a useful feature from their beeches). it is possible to configure Windows so that when the laptop lid is opened, it turns on (special BIOS setting) and immediately loads the system (Windows 10), for example, from hibernation, i. E. it will turn out almost like on poppies, only with more battery savings (but you need to bother and set everything up correctly). Got cons: the sound is poor (compared to macbooks). the battery (complete with a 4K display) lasts for 4-5 hours, with intensive load (from 60% CPU) - for a couple of hours. everything is soldered on the motherboard (memory, hard drive), absolutely no possibility of an upgrade. 2-year warranty (carry in service, i. E. when contacting support, you will be sent to a service center to diagnose almost any problem, which is not convenient), extension (possibly +1 \ 2 years or extension of the support level, incl. by phone ) for additional money (from 15). Killer 1650 Wifi and Bluetooth drivers (the trouble is not specifically with the laptop, but with the radio module, which is now often installed in many new laptops) - trouble, a lot of glitches and complaints on the forums (not only for me), especially for bluetooth (after hibernation it works every other time often requires a reboot). There was a problem with broadcasting sound on AirPods (out of sync and a delay between the right and left earphones were regularly observed, which could reach up to 1 second). the necessary rigidity of the case is not enough (for example, when taking the bottom cover from the side with one hand, the touchpad can be pressed), the hinges are slightly crooked and some keys, the fingerprint sensor was very buggy at first (like the first buyer), but after ating the firmware it began to work almost flawlessly. Linux support is limited to the 5.3 kernel (all distributions with an earlier kernel simply will not turn on, or you have to manually pick the kernel), there is a separate xps 7390 developer edition (with Ubuntu 18.04 LTS), but that's another story. I immediately launched Ubuntu 192022 and Fedora 31 (with normal Secure Boot support, but without Thunderbolt support yet, although this is not relevant yet). Very strange support for sleep mode in Windows 10: without a closed lid, it can work without falling asleep (when sleep is disabled in the Power Options settings), with a closed lid, it goes into hibernation (when hibernation is disabled). In Linux, standby works almost like on Macs (you can open the lid and immediately start working without booting the system).
