I like that it's easy to use for finding prospects through social media contacts or other online sources such as LinkedIn when you have limited access at work (no profile). You can only export leads into Excel which is not ideal if there are too many records/contacts from one source so make sure this fits with what works best within Salesforce first - but once set up then its great value adding tool overall especially considering all our team members now do some prospecting themselves outside office hours using tools similar / different than those provided by sales force etc..
