For a scale with a capacity of 3000g (3kg) it's nice and compact. The digital scale contains two plastic weighing pans that act as protective covers for the weighing platform and base during storage. I was drawn to the touchpad, which is fairly responsive/responsive and resistant to spills, including the physical buttons (through their slots). often prone to. The backlit display is sharp and the battery life is surprisingly good overall; Significantly better than other backlit digital scales I've owned and even comparable to my other non-backlit digital scales. Space saving and very useful for everyday measurements in grams and ounces. It also supports other units of measurement, which somewhat diversifies its use. However, the piece counting function ("PCS" button) is limited and not that reliable in my experience. Sometimes the weight reading will shift slightly when weighing very hot liquids (e.g. hot water for pouring coffee) but no more than a gram. Most other item measurements are stable and repeatable with my other kitchen scales. It was a pleasure to contact the manufacturer's support team via the post-purchase email. My first device had an unresponsive button. They quickly shipped another unit as a replacement with a request for further feedback. The second unit worked well with all of its features, but I did notice a very slight wobble on the flat tabletop that the more stable first unit didn't have. Nothing a piece of cardboard taped to a corner couldn't fix. Customer service welcomed my quality control feedback and offered to compensate for the inconvenience. I still use the scale to this day. While not perfect, it remains a very good product for its general purpose, price, and customer support.
