
This is a very fun cooking project! My only downside would be the recipe in the instructions, I need almost three times as much water to get a very dry dough. The dough rose, judging by the photo. The KitchenAid advertisement on their website mentions many recipes, but I've only found one batter recipe that matches the one in the brochure. You would think they would have multiple recipes for spinach dough. Beetroot, tomato, even squid ink. You will also see that it is recommended to process 2 batches of dough at the same time, you must let the mixer cool for 30 minutes before you can start another batch. I don't think all KA mixers are built to last. With all that, the equipment is well made and the results are good. Please note that the paste extrusion speed is VERY slow, so allow some time for shaping and cutting. Have fun and enjoy this attachment. Update: I've found that an air gun is a great way to quickly remove dough stamps.
