later. I didn't know there were two different textures - soft and hard, both seemed the same to me, and neither is "soft", rather elastic. If you're a good carver you can get a good line, but I didn't find it easy to cut. However, neither my skills nor my tools are too sharp! I'm just saying I found it. I like the Moo Carving the best, it gives a pretty good line. Luckily I can find some locally - heavy and expensive to ship.
