Review on Bean Envy Gooseneck Coffee Kettle by Jonathan Davenport
The handle is strong, the base is heavy
I've been using this for a few weeks now and really like it. I used to use Hario and then switched to cheaper models. I like this teapot very much. It comes with a detailed manual which I didn't find necessary but after reading it I'm glad they have it, they have some good pointers! This kettle holds the heat very well and the thermometer actually WORKS as advertised.
