Incredibly quiet - just what I wanted

I won't pretend these are the best fans but they are definitely the best fans I have. I've personally used and honestly can't imagine any other fans performing better for the price. everything else. It certainly wasn't quiet, but it was quiet enough that I didn't want to spend money to buy something that couldn't potentially be quieter. That is, until one of the motors in one of my fans started to fail, emitting a constant high-pitched chirp that cut through all background noise, although not as loud. Anyway, after a little research (and I didn't want to spend $30 on each individual fan to get "the best"), I found them and absolutely couldn't be happier. Now my computer is quieter than the fan in the router. The loudest in my case is now my AIO pump. I don't use superlatives like "quiet" since no fan is moving, but I can't even tell if my computer is on by the fan noise anymore. It's as quiet as I've ever experienced or needed. Pros: - PWM increases or decreases as needed - Incredibly quiet (literally - I didn't believe they were spinning at first) - Fantastic price for a 5 pack. Each fan is connected in series to add additional PWM fans to each motherboard header (although the other fans only mimic the speed of the main fan). Good static pressure (push/pull configuration keeps my AIO at least as cool as before). and makes less noise at full power than the old ones when idling) Cons: - Top speed isn't too high so you trade a little less noise for a little less cooling - Small as my CPU has never cracked 70 in handbrake that's been in years old is recipe for thermal paste. However, with a little more speed, they can be both quiet and powerful. Overall: I'm very happy with this purchase and can't believe I waited so long to switch. I could even disable my sound card's noise-cancellation while voice chatting with friends (they thought I had the best mic haha). I still use an old 3 pin fan in my case as I needed 6 but I can live with it running at full capacity as it cools the hard drive bay. If you're still using stock fans, install some PWMs. Plug in the motherboard and enjoy the silence, these fans are definitely worth trying. For less than the price of a single high-end NH fan, a 5-pack undeniably does a great job.
