This product is a huge disappointment. PWM control is adopted from 200-1800 rpm. It's not like this. I bought 5 of these fans and they all run at a maximum speed of 800 rpm at 100% PWM duty cycle (tested with an oscilloscope). You can forget about decent PWM control with these fans if you use them on a 4-pin fan connector. I use 4 on my TT 480mm 64mm radiator and 3 on a TT 360 64mm radiator to push through my PC cooling system and 11 more on my server case and a few more in my wife's computer cooling system and I have to say they are very are quiet and let more air through than they do with overpriced top brand RGBs. I first ordered a set of 5 pieces Arctic P12 PWM PST to update the PWM controlled fans for my two 240mm radiators. .These fans run quietly and have a good speed range. But when I started tweaking the fan curve, I first noticed a howling noise around 1170 RPM. The fans produce a sound just below 400 Hz.
