I never know what transparency is but these cables are pretty transparent! Cool aesthetics, but more importantly, they sound great. And they have banana plugs on one end and small 4 point pins on the other. Why is that important you ask? Well, most mid- to high-end receivers/amplifiers have banana outputs that are easily accessible. Some midrange drivers - like Klipsch's reference Premier series - have struts on the back that can't be reached with any banana plug I've ever had. I can't stand connecting speakers with bare wire ends so this is PERFECT for this application. Finally, they are also very flexible, unlike many very expensive cables which can result in strained connections and difficulty keeping the wires clean. I'm thinking of replacing the several hundred dollar cables with these, no kidding.
