I'm a fan of buy-once-keep-forever products. I didn't want to mess with digital scales, batteries etc so I went with this model. The box contained a sheet of paper describing how to attach the plate and a scale with an indicator set to the maximum measurable weight. . I can't find instructions on how to zero tare this product either in the box or on the internet. I have leftover devices that take up a lot of space and don't work properly. Buy a digital model.
