The overall product looks good although the brushing isn't perfect and there are a few scratches. It's the only one of the 20-inch stainless steel options, so that was an important factor for me. The biggest issue for me is that the surface isn't flat enough to securely hold a small knife like a paring knife. It is clearly convex, which allows the knife to swing. Large knives are significantly less affected. It's only 20 inches long so I would imagine it wouldn't be too difficult to keep it horizontal at that distance, but shipping and all sorts of manufacturing conditions might bend it. So, in the end, that's what it is. But for me that has a big impact on the rating. Otherwise easy to attach (using tape) and looks good.
