Data will be corrupted when the device is turned off suddenly.

I installed this unit with two 16TB hard drives with RAID 0 for use with Apple TimeMachine. I've had at least four times in the past few months where macOS has complained that it can no longer write to disk. I spent many hours with AppleCare and eventually had to erase and reformat the drive. 32TB of storage is expensive and I can't afford two more 16TB hard drives. So every time this incident happened I had to wipe hard drives and lose my backups. The same thing happened about a week ago and I decided to switch to a Mediasonic device. I've had a four drive enclosure for years and have never experienced data corruption when using RAID0. So I ordered a Mediasonic Dual Drive Enclosure, misplaced my hard drives and started over. Not only does this device corrupt data when it's turned off, the power on the device disconnects too easily, and I probably lost power moving things around. A minor annoyance is that keys are required to lock the unit. The keys got lost easily so I taped them on the outside. I don't see any point in the keys as a disk block can easily hide someone.
