The length was legal but made for a pancake leg!
I'm a size 11, I tried them on (on a clean leg), I liked the style but they are too tight for my carpometacarpal joints with minimal give. Too bad the camouflage style was cool.

- Sandals may not be suitable for high-intensity activities such as running or hiking.
