Review on CamKix by Josh Culotta

I recently bought a number of items from CamKix, and I must admit that I am very dissatisfied with both the quality of their goods and the caliber of their customer service. First off, the goods I got were of bad quality and didn't work right. Two of the camera lenses didn't suit my camera at all, and one was blurry and useless. The remote shutter trigger did not operate as promised, and the tripod was flimsy and unstable. To make things worse, I received zero assistance when I contacted CamKix's customer support to ask for a refund or exchange. The customer support agent was unhelpful and dismissive, and he or she appeared uninterested in finding a solution to my problem. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone seeking for dependable camera accessories to use CamKix. Their customer support is poor, and their products are of poor quality. Look elsewhere if you want to avoid the trouble when it comes to photography.
