This item arrived in perfect condition and was easy to install. How wrong was I! At first there were no instructions. Then I realized I had to remove the dome light and then pull the headliner off the roof by unscrewing two more 7mm screws from the roof holding the 3rd brake light. The pins that hold the lampshade and insert new ones that connect to the new 3rd brake light don't work like the old ones. So if I had to do it all over again, I would cut the new wires and splice them to the old dome light wires. Tip: Have an extra person press on the outside of the new brake light, or use tape to hold it in place while you tighten the screws to install the new brake light. Well, after you've installed the screws for the third brake light and reinstalled the dome light, you're done. The new flashlight body has no external screws to attach the lens. It looks well installed and I like it. My 03 Sonoma looks cleaner now.
