Really disappointed with this product. I ordered it for my 120 hp outboard motor. 1994. Was super easy. Starts right on first start. Once on the water I stopped to hang out. I was about to start the engine and heard something coming from my outboard that sounded like high frequency spinning. I took the hood off and saw that the starter turns but does not rise to start the engine. I tried a few more times and it still spun in place without snagging. I tapped it with a wrench and then tried to light it. I clicked it, pressed the button and the starter turned on. Thought he might just be stuck but the same problem would continue for the rest of the day. I didn't expect that from this product and am very disappointed. It ruined my 4th of July. Every time I tried to start it the hood had to come off just to hit the starter. I think I will have to send it back and replace it with another company.
