No bad lights. Nice and bright. FYI these lights have a top and bottom. One of the tongues is thicker. At least they were in my set. And they are inclined downwards. At least I know they won't fall out because it was very difficult to remove them to fix them. My biggest issue with this set was the "fuse jumper" to install them. The fuse is not the same size as the factory 4runner. He's too small. I ended up just gifting them to a friend and buying a more expensive set.
