I bought this item because our pantries could use some space when moving to an apartment with the smallest kitchen. I like the design of it; Glass bottle top to bottom. Each onion holds about 2/3 of a bottle of McCormick Seasoning or more. The upper part is screwed and offers two options for pouring out spices. My only complaint is the lack of sealing on some of the spices. I've had them for a little over a week now and haven't had any issues with moisture getting into anything and things like onion powder sticking together, but over time I'm starting to get the feeling it can be a problem. Most lids close with a click, some are looser than others, but the ones I've added spices to are unaffected by the elements. Overall I love this shelf. The design is great, very efficient in finding what I need and very interchangeable.
