Knoscare brings ease and efficiency into administrative management
The benefits are that it is user friendly to implement within your practice as well has providing secure access via password protecting all aspects of its use - this makes our administration process more efficient in comparison at other companies we have utilised previously! It doesn’t offer everything you may need but does provide some great tools which can be very useful especially if there aren't many resources available locally or online (such an example would being able calculate cost per visit).
Nothing so far apart from what I mentioned above- however they do claim support 24/7 should any issues arise during implementation etc.- good customer service team who respond quickly when needed although their response times could improve slightly sometimes!! We used knosCare primarily because most practices still rely heavily upon paper invoices rather than electronic records system like K9Solutions therefore using such systems meant transferring information over time between both programs was always problematic.
- Great for ease, convenience & functionality once setup; particularly patient history keeping with appointment booking ability also helpful along side easy contact numbers / email addresses provided by patients themselves making communication quick,
- Very intuitive program design allowing simple navigation through various tabs easily accessible throughout interface without confusion
