Appears to be a factory part that works

Bolts in the same place as the old one and works like an ignition switch. Word for the wise, make sure you also have the special torx socket and steering wheel puller you'll need to access this part. (A pulley puller will also work, just make sure you have the correct bolts for the steering wheel.)
